Pat has agreed to return to the Moosomin Visual Arts Centre to share her knowledge of the art of sourdough bread making! I’m not sure how to describe the excitement attached to this event . . . and you get to be a part of it! Her session last spring was a huge hit and Pat has been teaching sourdough sessions elsewhere as well. Don’t miss out on your chance to learn how to make sourdough bread!

ABOUT OUR ARTIST:

I am retiree in my mid 60s with a passion for wholesome food, scratch cooking, canning, dehydrating and gardening. Every once in a while I like to fish. I live a sustainable life as much as possible. I have been baking sourdough for about 2 1/2 years and taught many classes in the art. I love to help other people to learn and I look forward to all the new friends I will meet in the process.
