Join us for a journey into Therapeutic Art, meditation and self-compassion in a supported and confidential setting. Unlock the power of your creativity and inner strength. Your self-discovery journey starts here! We will begin this class with a buffalo drum accompanied guided meditation as a means to tap into your goals for 2025 and your inner strength required to achieve those goals. From here, we create a vision board depicting your strengths and the goals you want to manifest.
Art is a wonderful release of creative energy in self-expression. You don’t need to consider yourself an “artist” or have to be fearful of what others may think of your art; therapeutic art is strictly for YOU!
No art skills are necessary to attend!
You must be a mature youth or an adult to attend.
Art supplies are provided for your use.
Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket with them.
This is a stand-alone class . . . you do not need to enroll in the this class to take Therapeutic Art Class #2, nor do you need to commit to taking the second class at this time!
March 5.
7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
