The Taste of Assemese (Northeast India) Cuisine with Deep Borah

We are honoured to have Deep join us to teach us a bit about the cuisine of his home province in India, Assam. He has agreed to show us how to make true Assam Chai and Payokh (rice pudding)! This promises to be a treat for all attendees. Come prepared to be wowed!

This is the first class in what we hope will be a series of classes on Assemese Cuisine.

Ages 12+

Supplies are included.

Allergy warning: Milk, nuts and dried fruit are being used.

ABOUT OUR INSTRUCTOR:

Deep works in Borderland Co-op as a Customer Experience Supervisor and also had worked as a Senior Sales Consultant for an American artificial intelligence company. He has a passion for cooking, is a reader and a runner.
